Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back. You’ll receive an email once your items have been received and your refund processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be initiated.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return unworn items, you can ship them back in the original packaging for a refund.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale and non-refundable.

Items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Please note our return policy:

  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days for a merchandise credit.
  • Items must be shipped within 30 days of the return request.
  • Only online purchases can be returned online.
  • Once a refund type is selected, it cannot be changed.
  • Worn, altered, dirty, or washed merchandise cannot be accepted.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
  • Upon receipt, we may deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return requirements.
  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Excessive returns within 12 months may result in rejected future orders.
  • Footwear Returns: Only unworn shoes in original condition with all tags are accepted. Try shoes in clean, carpeted areas. Returns not meeting criteria will be sent back without a refund.

In-Store Returns

Final Sale items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Frequent Returns

We take pride in selling high-quality products that undergo careful inspection and provide accurate product and sizing information.

If your account shows a higher than normal return rate, we may contact you to understand the reason. Returns may be manually processed or denied based on this review.

If a returned item arrives damaged, dirty, altered, or worn, we may reach out to you to clarify the situation.
