All orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Expedited orders received after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day.

A FedEx tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.

Pre-Order

Pre-order products are available for purchase before being in-stock. They will ship on or after the estimated shipping date. Pre-order items must be paid in full at purchase.

Changes to Order

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. This includes adding items, changing sizes, or combining multiple orders.

Cancel Orders

Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Requests must be made immediately for the best chance of cancellation before shipment.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accommodated. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Price matching is available for items in the same size and color available on both 5and7shop.com and the other retailer, requested within 48 hours of order placement.

Delayed Packages

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed in the event of natural disasters or other uncontrollable events. Shipping speed selected at checkout will be used.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Customers are encouraged to choose tracking and insurance at checkout. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be placed by the customer through the service provider.
